This privacy policy applies to squadzip.com and the Squadzip platform, owned and operated by Digital Space Explorer Inc. (Digital Space Explorer or Squadzip). This privacy policy describes how Squadzip collects and uses the personal and corporate information you provide us and it also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.

When registering to use Squadzip, you can be certain that we have implemented comprehensive security practices to ensure that only registered users and those people who are provided authorized access to, can see your Squadzip data. We respect your right to privacy and feel it is important for you to know how we handle the information we receive from you via our website at squadzip.com (the "Site") through our on-demand business productivity and collaboration software, our support platform, and tools and services offered on the Site (the "Service"). The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the client has engaged Squadzip through Digital Space Explorer, Inc.

This Privacy Policy describes Squadzip's policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the Squadzip Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Use of Information we collect

Digital Space Explorer, Inc. through our Squadzip platform and as a result of a subscription agreement with our enterprise customers, collects your full name along with your corporate contact information – your corporate email, designation and corporate contact number. This information is used for the purposes of creating your Squadzip user account and enrollment into the Squadzip platform as contracted by our enterprise customer. If a user requests for support via our help channel, our support team may contact you for the purposes of fulfilling your service request.

In addition, Digital Space Explorer, Inc. through Squadzip, uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, system diagnostics, services improvement, and support.

Content

As a result of your usage of the service, you may provide information in the form of the Content you post on Squadzip. Your Content and metadata about your Content may be viewed by other users in your team that are subscribed to the service and in accordance with your settings. Digital Space Explorer, Inc. will not and has no obligation to monitor the Content you post on the Service. Unless Content is made viewable by our customers with express written permission detailing the reason for the request. Digital Space Explorer, Inc and its designated support team will not view your Content except for the following reasons that must be expressly stated: (i) to maintain, provide or improve the Service; (ii) to help you resolve your support requests; or (iii) as Digital Space Explorer, Inc. believes, in its sole opinion, is necessary to comply with or avoid the violation of applicable law or regulation or to cooperate with law enforcement.

Cookies

  • A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.

  • Cookies are required to use the Squadzip service.

  • We use cookies to record current session information, but do not use permanent cookies.

  • You are required to log-in to your Squadzip account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.

Data Storage

We use third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Squadzip. Although Digital Space Explorer, Inc, owns the Squadzip and its code, databases, and all rights to the Squadzip application, you retain all rights to your data.

Upon termination of a contract with Digital Space Explorer, Inc, the customer will be given egress access for a period of 30 calendar days to export all data needed. After this 30 day egress period, the data will then be permanently deleted.

Rights Relating to Data we collect:

You may view and edit your data through the edit profile function. You may request to have your data deleted through your company designated Squadzip admin, through your HR department, or upon request through our customer support.

Disclosure

We may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

Changes

We may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Squadzip primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
